Eligibility for Returns

  • Prints

    Prints are made to order, so unfortunately there are no returns, refunds, exchanges on these unless otherwise damaged during delivery or if the item is incorrect..

  • Original Artwork

    Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Commissioned Work

    Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun or the piece has been delivered, unless damaged during delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery here

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Once we have all the details we can work towards finding the right solution

Return Process

If your item is eligible for return:

  1. Email me at hello@sarahfurzer.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, return the item in its original packaging and condition.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
